COVID-19 and anxiety

Many of us have waited long for the COVID-19, restrictions to end, even while we saw the benefits and understood why we needed to do it. Now that restrictions are easing, some people are feeling very anxious about what that will look like. It’s understandable if you are unsure what to expect these days and worry about what might happen. CBC ran a story on what you can do if you are feeling this anxiety.
